About Me

My name is Motshabaesi Louw,I am a thirty-two year who originates from Rustenburg,North West but I currently live in Johannesburg,Gauteng Province.

I am a hard working individual with experiences in various sectors such as:

1. Construction
2. Rental Services
3. Customer Care
4. Health & Safety
5. Logistics

The time that I have spent in these various enviroments has exposed me to different situations and customers and has equipped me with experience on how to solve the day to day challenges that may arise.It has also helped me develop how I inter-act with colleagues,both on a social and professional level in that I was able to learn from my colleagues aswell as teach them whenever the need arose.

My Interests

I have a variety of interest such as:

• Sports(Mostly Football,Rugby,Formula 1 Driving and Cricket.)
• Computers(Coding and developing webpages.)

Qualification

I matriculated at Bishop Bavin School,St Georges in 2007.From then onwards I began my work life at Mosa Projects which is a construction company that specialized in low income housing (2008-2012)at which point I was then moved to the sister company called Nike Plant Hire and was promoted to manager.

Employment

From 2013 to 2017 I managed Nike Plant Hire which was a comapny that specialized in "Earth Moving" equipment rentals that serviced mining houses,construction companys and landscaping.NIke Plant Hire eventually grew to include trucking which led to the creation of another company called "Dew South Projects".

Dew South Projects is a logistics comapny that specialized in transporting commodities.I commenced my employment there for a duration of two years(2017-2019).In 2019 I resigned and persued a career in the technology sector,starting off as a customer care agent.

From 2019 to date I have been employed at Adoozy Power which is a technology company based in Johannesburg.I am currently a customer care agent.

Other Qualifications

• Certificate in Occupational Health and safety obtained through Nosa
• Currently enrolled in a Web development bootcamp through Hyperion Dev

Web Development

Creating things in my spare time has always been a hobby that i enjoyed,especially since I dicsovere coding .This is mainly the reason I chose to persue a career in technology.I have included a link to my github repository that will allow viewers of my Cv to see my progression.

This was my very first course capstone.In it i created my first static online store.Although it wasn`t fully functional when I created it,it`s purpose was to tfurther my practice of HTML and CSS.
